Terms & Conditions

• Full payment is required before delivery of merchandise.

• If you have problems with the merchandise, please contact us at kismethoopla@hotmail.sg or leave us a PM on our Facebook page. Refund or exchange may be granted on ad-hoc basis.

• Returned merchandise must be in saleable conditions. Purchaser shall be responsible for costs involved in returning the merchandise.

• In the case of a refund, payment will only be made after it has been established that returned merchandise is in saleable condition. In the case of an exchange, replacement merchandise will be sent only after it has been established that returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

• All merchandise are subjected to suppliers' stock availability. Full refund shall be granted should the requested item or size be out of stock. Alternatively, you are welcomed to request for replacement with other item/s.

• Kismet Hoopla reserves the right to cancel the order should payment be not received without two weeks of order placement.

• Please note that sizes given are approximations and are for indication/reference purposes only. Should there be errors in sizes, you are welcome to request for a refund or exchange subject to stock availability.
